Hate to say it but my experience was horrible. Started off great being able to order on line 6 days prior to wanting the flowers delivered. The day they were to be delivered I was getting no notification they were delivered so I called Viva's phone number and whoever I was talking with was not from Viva's flowers. Twice that day I called and were told someone will call me back and never did. My flowers did not get delivered on the day I requested. The next day I started calling early and again was told I will receive a phone call. I finally had enough and drove for over an hour to Viva's shop and was met by a young girl who was very nice but did not speak English. We texted each other through a translator App and when I left I did not know if I was having flowers delivered or not. I was prepared to order flowers from another florist this morning but received an e-mail last evening they were delivered. The person who they were going to had left for the evening prior to delivery. So in essence she received the flowers on the third day. I am told the flowers were beautiful but I am telling you the service and lack of communication could not have been worse. I certainly cannot endorse Viva's Flower shop or Lovingly at all.
